Primary Responsibilities
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Passionate about product quality and automation
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Job Structure
- Reports To: Senior Management
- Work Schedule: 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: Salary and Incentives, Negotiable
Preferred Qualifications
- Understand the requirements and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and reports.
- Perform functional as well as non-functional testing.
- Perform thorough regression testing before release.
- Identify, isolate, track and report bugs throughout testing.
- Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes.
- Research new tools, technologies and testing processes.
- Participate in internal meetings and present necessary reports.
- Report daily task updates to supervisors.
- Assist and provide guidance to interns in solving problems.
- Good communication skills , spoken and written.
