Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Officer, or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Willingness to travel as required.
